Leg pain

Leg pain happens after a whole day of work in a standing position, intense training, a long walk or injury, but if it persists constantly and is accompanied by additional symptoms, such as swelling, it can indicate serious diseases such as deep vein thrombosis, atherosclerosis or chronic venous insufficiency. For sore and heavy legs, oral preparations (e.g. tablets) or topical preparations (e.g. gels and ointments) can be used to strengthen blood vessels, improve circulation and reduce swelling, containing substances such as diosmin, hesperidin, calcium dobesylate or plant extracts, e.g. horse chestnut and ruscus.
