Good morning, please help. Some time ago I noticed a skin change in the groin / labia area. It is a change that sometimes itches me, sometimes I forget about it at all and you can't see it. In general, always under the fingers feel a slight bulge in this place. At this moment the morning is reddened, I would even say that this blood(?) "sticks out". I attach a photo from the current state. I was at the gynecologist for a classic examination and he did not even pay attention to it (but maybe he just did not focus) and I showed it some time ago to a doctor friend - she said that it is probably a boil / cough / that maybe I wear too tight panties. At that time, the birthmark was in such a state that only a slight bulge was visible, it looked like a scar. Could someone please advise me what it could be? On a daily basis, it does not bother me, I decided to get interested again after I noticed redness again (in the same place). + from what I can see a similar small 'scar' is just above this morning, I marked it.
