Hi I'm 33 years old for nearly 10 years I take Sildenafil for erection problems usually 1/5 tablet 100mg every 2 days I will add that I am a healthy person and I have a penile injury after a mechanical injury as I was a child but from September 2022 to December 2022 for 4 months I raised the dose to 1/3 100mg or about 33mg about 5 times a week almost every day every 24h in January I was at the neurologist He ordered MR, spine - cervical spine - non-contrast examination MR, head - brain - non-contrast and contrast examination MR angiography, cerebral arteries, non-contrast examination CT angiography, cerebral arteries Blood tests ECG ECHO OF THE HEART ULTRASOUND doopler of carotid vessels lung X-ray ALL TESTS ARE OK NOTHING WAS DETECTED The neurologist ruled out Neurological background prescribed betaserc 24 mg and nilogin 30mg I took a month and there is no improvement the otolaryngologist ordered VNG which came out normal I took a break with Sildenafil a week I did not take at all but no improvement dizziness further remained I reduced the dose to 1/10 tablet poorly works but continues the problem remained with the feeling of insanity dump My question is whether Sildenafil could harm me with I took it 5 days a week at a dose of 33mg for 4 months? Have you had patients with a similar problem as mine? Please hint :) slight dizziness, a feeling of instability, fear of falling in a standing position but I do not fall and I walk proto, and yet all the time it seems to me that I will fall.
