Iladian, opinions and questions

Good morning, so far I have used Vitagyn C vaginal globules prophylactically. Can I ask you to indicate globules with a similar chemical composition that would have the same effect?

If I have a small wound at the entrance to the vagina, which has already repeated itself and it is reddened (slightly oozing blood) can I use iladian direct plus? The lady in the pharmacy recommended me.

After Nolicin, I struggle with vaginal itching. I have no signs of ringworm (no smell and characteristic white cheesey discharge). Is it possible to take iladian twice a day in the morning and in the evening?
