Are Cardiamid lozenges with caffeine suitable for lozing?

Is there a chance for post-conatal effects such as chronic fatigue syndrome to be prescribed drugs (stimulants) such as methylphenidate or modafinil? The infection (2 years ago) coincided with the loss of a job). I can't remember since then when I felt rested. I feel tired during the day regardless of the number of hours I sleep. Coffee or energy drinks do nothing. I noticed that when I sleep 5-6 hours it feels a little better, and the worst when I sleep these 8 hours and more. I feel tired practically all the time, but the worst is around 7 p.m.

What can I use instead of glucardiamid at fatigue, weakness. Is cardiamide a good choice?
