Can I use expired Nystatin for erosions after inhaled steroids?

I have Nystatin in suspension, it was stored in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, it is overdue half a year. It was never opened. Can I use it because I have erosions from inhaled steroids? Won't it hurt me?

Disposed of expired Nystatin in accordance with local regulations. Do not use the drug after the expiration date. The use of the drug may be ineffective, but it can also cause the occurrence of side effects. If you have erosions after inhaled steroids, I encourage you to consult a doctor.
