Yes, these drugs can be combined with each other. According to the manufacturer of Rybelsus: "When semaglutide is used in combination with metformin and/or a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) or a thiazolidinedione, existing doses of metformin and/or SGLT2i or thiazolidinedione may remain unchanged."
