Good morning. Due to anxiety neurosis, he takes Elica 5 mg every day. Is it possible to take Dezamigren in an attack of menstrual migraine in this case?

To @Iwona: Yes, you can take Dezamigren 7 hours after taking Pramolan. These drugs do not interact with clinically.
In the morning I took pramolan or after 7 hours I can take dezamigren for migraine pain

The use of almotriptan (the active ingredient in Dezamigren) is not recommended during treatment with SSRIs such as escitalopram (the active ingredient in Elicea) as it increases the risk of serotonin symptoms (e.g. fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhoea, (uncontrolled) muscle contractions, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness). In this case, triptans (medicines used temporarily for migraine attacks, such as almotriptan) can only be used under medical supervision.
