Nimesil should be used for the shortest period necessary to relieve symptoms, which will significantly reduce the possibility of side effects. The recommended dose is 100 mg (1 sachet) 2x a day (or 1x1 if enough to relieve symptoms), after meals. The duration of continuous therapy (i.e. daily use) should not exceed two weeks. The dosage of Myditin is 1.5-3 mg 3x a day, the duration of therapy should be decided by the doctor. In the absence of such information, the duration of use can be limited until the symptoms disappear, but too soon termination of treatment may result in a recurrence of the ailment. It is always best to consult a specialist about conducting therapy, it can also be done using the teleadvice option offered via the GdziePoLek website: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose links to drug leaflets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/106126/myditin-tabletki/ulotka/257107 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53354/nimesil-granulat-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/ulotka/82810
