I have had an IUD for 2 months and since then I have been feeling dizzy, decreased libido, acne and hormonal tumors. What's next?

I have had an IUD for 2 months. For now, it is tragic, non-stop bleeding, dizziness for some time, hormonal tumors appeared on the skin, a face in acne, a decrease in libido. I'm devastated. It was supposed to be so beautiful... I'm thinking about removing the insert, because there are so many side effects that it is not worth it ....
