Trittico. How can I know that, for example, I can or should stop taking the drug or reduce its dose. Are there any specific guidelines?

@Ajsi : Discontinuation or dose modification is decided together with the doctor during the consultation. There are no identical guidelines after which such and such a decision is made. This is an individual matter - a joint decision (of the patient and the doctor).
She does not want to stop or modify the dose herself. My question was how you can know that you can stop taking the drug.

The Trittico package leaflet contains information on when trazodone (the active ingredient in Trittico) should be stopped immediately and contact your doctor. In other cases, when the patient feels any disturbing effects of the drug, it is also best to discuss it with the doctor, who will assess whether there is a need for dose or dosage modification. If the drug works well and there are no side effects, then there is no need to take any action, and about the prospect of completing treatment, you can talk to your doctor at follow-up visits. There are no guidelines for patients that indicate when to reduce the dose themselves. I enclose additional information about the drug Trittico - prescription preparations can be reserved at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80016/trittico-cr-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80017/trittico-xr-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki/w-warszawie
