Is it possible to combine drugs with each other?

Good morning. I have heart failure and a lowered left ventricular fraction of 40 percent. I have pains on the left side, shortness of breath, nausea. I take Avedol, Polocard,Furosemide, spironol, forxiga. Recently I have saved entresto lek and invohart and a finding of cardiac arrhythmia. And written opacorden. Can I take these medications. Are they harming me? Because I have chest pains, pain in the muscles of the arms and legs, abdominal pain. What to do? I also drink tea, chamomile and sedecznik. Please reply. Thank you so much

You use the following medicines: Avedol, Polocard, Furosemide, Spironol, Forxiga, Entresto and Ivohart. Diagnosed diseases are: Heart failure, Arrhythmia, Diabetes? The more drugs we use, the greater the likelihood of interactions. Always inform your doctor about previously prescribed medicines, dietary supplements or herbs. The basic question, were all the drugs prescribed by one doctor? More is not always better. From a pharmacological point of view, there are many interactions between drugs that can have a negative impact on your health. The combination of drugs: Spironol, Entresto, Avedol and Furosemide can excessively lower blood pressure, cause weakness, dizziness, confusion. Avedol and Ivohart can slow down your heart rate excessively — which isn't always beneficial. Furosemide in combination with Forxiga may cancel each other out and as a result will not work properly. The final decision on the use of drugs is made by the attending physician, referring to his knowledge and medical practice. However, if you have doubts, it may be worth consulting your husband's case with another specialist who will coldly assess the current treatment. Please do not stop taking any of the medications on your own. Perhaps the doses have been adjusted and are monitored by doctors. Please use them as directed. I would also stop using any additional herbal preparations, dietary supplements and other over-the-counter preparations - they can also interact with medications.
