What should I say to receive a referral to a psychotherapist with the annotation "urgent"?

On Thursday I go to the family doctor to seek an urgent referral to a psychotherapist. Is it enough to say that the psychiatrist I visited privately recommended me to go to psychotherapy as soon as possible to get a referral with the annotation "urgent"? If not, what else can I say to get such a referral?
