Is aching nipples a normal symptom when using birth control pills or do they mean pregnancy?

Good morning, I have been taking birth control pills for 4 years. Today is Friday, and on Monday I started treatment with an antibiotic that weakens the effect of anti-contraceptive tablets. I noticed that my nipples are very sensitive to touch and have grown significantly. My breasts do not hurt, only the nipples themselves. Is this normal or is there a risk that I am pregnant that I do not know about? The last withdrawal bleeding proceeded normally.

Increased sensitivity of the nipples may be an adverse reaction of the contraceptive pill that may have occurred due to the use of other medicines (e.g. antibiotics). With properly used birth control pills, the likelihood of pregnancy is negligible, and pregnancy symptoms are usually felt only a few (4-6) weeks after conception. Confirmation of the absence of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-test/apteki
