You may start taking Paroxinor immediately on the next day of another SSRI or SNRI, Duloxetine Mylan, if your doctor thinks this is appropriate after interviewing. Discontinuation of the old drug and then start a new one the next day is often used when switching drugs from the same class of drugs. That is the case here. Please follow your doctor's instructions.
