What should I do if I experience unusual side effects after Ozempic?

For 3 months I have been on ozempic Now the second week I started a dose of 1ml. But I feel very weak, I can't sleep at night, I'm nervous for a moment and I explode. I feel terribly bad as if I was afraid 🙈 of something all the time or is it normal With smaller doses I did not have it

In case of unusual side effects with Ozempic, I encourage you to consult a doctor. You can also use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja It is likely that your symptoms are signs of excessive low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia). Symptoms of hypoglycaemia include m.in nervousness, anxiety, confusion. They should disappear when the blood sugar level rises (e.g. by drinking sweet juice). The risk of hypoglycaemia is higher in patients taking concomitant insulin or sulphonylureas. If the described symptoms are permanent and do not disappear, I encourage you to consult a doctor. So far, insomnia and constant nervousness have not been reported after administration of Ozempic: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of Ozempic. Reporting adverse reactions allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
