Should I stop Trazodone if I feel sick and vomiting after using it?

Good morning, I have been taking trazadone for over a week half a tablet, I had to increase the dose but already with this I stopped eating practically at all and if I force myself to immediately vomit. I do not know if these symptoms can disappear over time or should I stop taking the drug?

Nausea and vomiting are common side effects that occur at the beginning of treatment with Trazodone. If the use of the drug is associated with too much discomfort and you are unable to function normally, you should consult a doctor. The proper effect of trazodone is usually achieved after about 2-4 weeks of treatment. I enclose the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99760/trazodone-neuraxpharm-tabletki/ulotka and helpful materials on side effects: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
