Is it possible to combine Cyclo-3-Fort with Ketonal?

I am after erasing hemorrhoids by Barron's method. Two rubber bands were put on. The doctor recommended using Cyclo 3 FORT 2 times a day for 2-4 weeks. Can I combine this in ketonal 100 in case of severe pain to sleep through the night? I have no way to contact a doctor.
