Should I see a doctor if my pulse is 103 or 115?

Yesterday I measured my blood pressure and pulse was 103, and when I measured today it was 115. Should I see a doctor? I am 23 years old, I suffer from depression, generalized anxiety disorder and social phobia, I have been on Prefaxine and Ranofren drugs that do not work on me for over a year. I was more likely to measure my blood pressure from time to time and everything was normal

It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records. The pulse frequency is not the only indicator determining the patient's state of health. There are situations when in a healthy person the pulse becomes high. These include, for example: physical exertion, consumption of alcohol, coffee, green tea, emotions or stress. The heart rate can then reach a value of up to 180-200 beats per minute. This is a natural and correct reaction of the body, which results from the metabolic demand. I encourage you to observe the situation and if it persists, or other symptoms appear, to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl Service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
