Amotaks may weaken the effect of hormonal contraception - use additional methods of protection (condom) throughout the antibiotic intake and until the end of the contraceptive pill pack. Since there has already been unprotected intercourse, I would contact a gynecologist who will assess whether there is an indication for the use of the "after tablet".
