I used Escapelle and I still don't have a period - what to think about it?

Good morning I have a question on January 1 I had unprotected intercourse from my calculations was an infertile day, on January 2 I took a pill the day after escapelle. From 7 to 12 I had bleeding or spotting. 16 I did a pregnancy test came out negative, then I did a pregnancy test on January 25 also came out negative . And the period so far is not and is February 1 What to think about it?

Missing a period does not necessarily mean pregnancy. If emergency contraception is used, irregular bleeding and spotting not related to menstruation may occur, but also menstruation may be delayed by more than 7 days. The manufacturer informs that transient disorders of the menstrual cycle may occur, but in most women the next menstrual bleeding (i.e. not the one that was supposed to occur in this cycle, but the next one) occurs within 5-7 days from the expected date.
