Is it possible to combine Pyler with Escitil?

Good morning, can Pylera be combined with Escitil? I have been taking Escitil since October, currently at a dose of 15 mg per day. In connection with the engraved heliobacter I am prescribed the drug Pyler. Could something happen with the combination of these two drugs?

Pylera can be used in combination with Escitil if it has been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctor prescribing it has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional conditions you are suffering from. Combining these drugs increases the risk of side effects such as arrhythmias. If you are taking these medicines at the same time, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen agreed with your doctor and seek medical help in case of any alarming symptoms.
