The side effects you describe may be due to the Kyleen spiral (because I assume you meant this product). During the first 90 days after insertion, more than 50% of women observe the prolongation of menstruation, and more than 40% - irregular bleeding. Other side effects that can occur very commonly are headache, pelvic abdominal pain and breast discomfort. Bleeding will decrease over time – by the end of the first year, about 25% of women using Kyleena report a decrease in menstruation or no menstruation. If side effects in the form of breast tenderness or abdominal pain persist, it is worth seeking advice from a gynecologist. I encourage you to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/wkladki-domaciczne I attach a leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95362/kyleena-przyrzad/ulotka
