Aropilo comes in doses ranging from 0.25 mg to 5 mg for immediate-release tablets and in doses of 2 mg to 8 mg for prolonged-release tablets. A dose of 5 mg is ten times more than 0.5 mg. The dose of 0.25 mg is usually selected at the start of therapy (three times a day for the first week) and then gradually increased by the doctor to the most appropriate for the patient. Some patients receive up to 8 mg of Aropilo three times a day (a total of 24 mg a day). Medicines containing ropinirole (the active ingredient in Aropilo) are more likely to increase in body weight, and the drug may in some cases cause binge eating. There is no mention of appetite inducing in the documentation of Aropilo, but it can be found in other sources. It is best to talk to your doctor about the appetite disorders that you associate with the use of Aropilo: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane In particular, the situation regarding the changed dose of the medicine should be discussed - after reducing the dose of Aropilo, you may experience disorders such as depression, apathy, anxiety, tiredness, sweating or pain - referred to as dopamine agonist withdrawal syndrome. I enclose additional information about the drug Aropilo - prescription products can be reserved at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/7330/aropilo-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
