The occurrence of haemorrhoids, the most common cause of rectal bleeding, is classified as an uncommon adverse reaction with Mysimba. This side effect is seen less frequently than 1 patient in 100, but more often than 1 in 1000. The occurrence of these ailments is not an indication for immediate discontinuation of therapy. However, their occurrence should be consulted with the attending physician immediately. We write about how and why it is worth reporting side effects of drugs in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
