Will something happen to a 3-year-old child if I gave him Clemastinum Aflofarm, which is intended for children from 6 years of age?

Clemastinum Aflofarm , I gave to a 3-year-old, after prescription by a pediatrician. I read that it is from 6r.z . Will something bad happen after one dose? I'm terrified that I didn't pay attention to it

The drug is actually registered for children over 6 years of age, although the active substance itself can already be given to children after 1 year of age. In the case of the drug from Aflofarm, this is probably due to the registration of auxiliary substances - flavor additives, which have registration for people over 6 years of age. A single administration of Aflofarm should not harm the child and does not pose a threat to the child's life and health. In this situation, you can consult a pediatrician and ask for a new prescription for Clemastinum from another manufacturer, e.g. Hasco: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18474/clemastinum-hasco-syrop/apteki If you do not have the opportunity to consult a pediatrician, you can present the situation in the pharmacy. Perhaps the pharmacist will issue a pharmaceutical prescription on this basis and you will be able to buy the right drug.
