Can I change after two contraceptive pills to the patch?

I took a 3-month break in taking contraception, I had two pills that were left to me from an earlier pack (omitted) so as I got a period, I took two tablets. Can I change after two tablets per patch and treat it as a total of 7 days of contraception (tablets + patch) then turn e patches ...?

If you were going to resume the use of hormonal contraception, but in the form of a patch, then on the first day of menstruation you should stick the first patch. Taking two tablets, the composition of which differs from what the patches contain, was, in my opinion, unnecessary. It is difficult to answer how your body will react in this situation, but I would not assume that in this situation you are properly protected against pregnancy from day one. Your procedure is not standard, so for further guidance I would suggest contacting a gynecologist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose additional information about contraceptive patches: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/plastry-antykoncepcyjne and other studies that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
