Can sensitive facial skin be washed with intimate hygiene gel?

Good morning I have a very allergic skin of the face, I do not make-up, I am allergic to almost everything and is it possible in such a situation to wash an allergic and irritated face with intimate hygiene gel in the morning and evening?

Using intimate hygiene gel on sensitive and irritated facial skin is not the best solution. In pharmacies without a prescription, a number of products suitable for the care of allergic skin are available.
