Sperm quickly die outside the body and are removed from the skin along with water and detergent, just like all other impurities. It is unlikely that you will impregnate yourself with a clean finger. A blood pregnancy test is sensitive and could show pregnancy after 11 days. I rather encourage - to be sure - it was 14 days.
