How is Lakcid intima used?

How to use lakcid intima? I am after the second visit to the gynecologist (2nd time I have a fungal infection). I was prescribed clotrimazole vaginally and trioxal orally. When and how should I start using lakcid intima? I guess after the end of the treatment, but how many times a week?
