Should a child weighing 16.5 be given 30 mg of Ebilfumin?

A 4-year-old child weighing 16.5 kg got ebilfumin 30mg for influenza. Isn't that too small a dose?

Ebilfumin in a child weighing 16.5 kg, that is, in the range of 15 kg to 23 kg For the treatment of influenza, the recommended dose for 5 days is 45 mg twice a day. If you are to administer 30 mg 2 times a day, the dose may be too low. This is the general recommendation, the doctor can modify it at his own risk, but it is worth consulting him. Too low a dose can cause the lack of effectiveness of the drug and the failure of therapy.
