What is the difference between Atrovent and Berodual?

Hello, what is the difference between adding atrovent and berodual for inhalation ? Are they steroids?

Atrovent is a one-component drug, and Berodual is a two-component drug. Atrovent contains one component ipratropium, and Berodual in addition to ipratropium also fenoterol. None of these ingredients are steroids. Both preparations are in the form of a nebuliser solution. The preparations are used to relax the muscles, dilate the bronchi and facilitate breathing in the course of diseases such as asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). They quickly relieve symptoms in the form of shortness of breath. The use of one or another is decided by the doctor. They should be used as directed by your doctor.
