Can numbness of the palate and the entire tongue and throat occur after taking No Spa Forte? I didn't swallow the pill right away, I just kept it in my mouth.

The documentation of the drug No-Spa Forte does not describe such an effect, but this may be due to the fact that the drug is intended for standard use - swallowed when put in the mouth, and not to be held in the mouth. It is not a tablet produced in the "mouth soluble" formula. This is primarily due to the fact that drotaverine - the active ingredient of the drug No-Spa Forte - is bitter in taste. Numbness of the tongue has also been observed in studies of new formulations of this drug. You may have experienced this effect because you did not swallow the pill right away. No-Spa Fort is a prescription drug - this type of preparations can be reserved at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54558/no-spa-forte-tabletki/apteki/w-warszawie If you feel that there is an adverse reaction, I enclose a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
I'm in this situation too, I'm having trouble swallowing pills and now my tongue is numb after no-sp
Hello
A few days ago I had the same situation. The tablet has already dissolved in your mouth... And after just a few seconds, my tongue and part of my palate were numb. No swelling. The situation resolved spontaneously after about 1.5 hours. I also have trouble taking the pills in their entirety.
