Can irregular periods be an side effect of Entocort?

I have eosinphilic esophagitis. The gastroenterologist prescribed me the drug Entcort. During treatment with this drug I have irregular menstruation - on average 3 times a month. What should I do? Can I deal with it somehow? Can irregular periods be an side effect of Entocort?
