When it comes to starting to use the Adaring vaginal disc, you should strictly follow the manufacturer's recommendations, which say that "Adaring should be put on on the first day of the natural cycle (i.e. the first day of menstruation). It is also possible to start using the Adaring vaginal therapeutic system between the 2nd and 5th day of the cycle, but in this case, during the first cycle for the first 7 days of using Adaring, it is recommended to use a mechanical method of contraception concomitantly."
