The mere fact that you have elevated cholesterol does not determine whether and what medicines you should use. With the result should be seen to the family doctor. Before deciding on the right course of action, the so-called risk factors and details of the lipidogram are evaluated. You can certainly modify your lifestyle in terms of diet and physical activity - this is recommended almost always. If necessary, there is no interaction between Seroxat and the most commonly used statins for pharmacotherapy of too high cholesterol (these are prescription drugs). There are over-the-counter products with ingredients of natural origin - as I mentioned, but it is best to consult a doctor first.
