Good morning I have a question whether, if I have menstruation now, today I took the first pink tablet and to Wednesday I take the antibiotic sumamed but there are no diarrhea or vomiting, once managed to loose stool In the evening and I take the tablets in the morning, do you need to additionally protect yourself, for example, after finishing the antibiotic?

Although the risk that azithromycin (the active ingredient in Sumamed) will significantly affect the absorption of oestrogens contained in Drovelis tablets is low, it is usually recommended to use an additional method of contraception (e.g. condoms) throughout the period of antibiotic intake and 7 days after stopping treatment.
Please answer me specifically because here in these answers there are different answers and I got confused
So from what I understand, if I started a new blister during antibiotic therapy, I do not have to protect myself additionally?
