Should Proursan be used with a 14 mm gallstone?

Good morning! I have a gallstone 14 minimeters long and an elevated gamma gt to 140. The doctor recommended Proursan. I have no complaints from the bag. Should I take this medicine?

One of the indications of Proursan is the dissolution of cholesterol gallstones with a diameter not exceeding 15 mm, in patients with preserved gallbladder function.
