Can I eat a meal 2 hours after taking Ulcamed?

Hi I have a question regarding the drug Ulcamed. On the leaflet he writes that take half an hour before meals and before dinner / bedtime. And is it possible to eat only 2 hours after taking the drug? And can I take the medicine, for example, at 20 without a later meal and only go to bed at 23? can ulcamed be used together with a reconstituted dumox?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, do not take any food, drink or medicine 30 minutes before or after taking Ulcamed. This is associated with the risk of reducing the effect of this drug. If you want to keep Duomox working, you should also use it at an appropriate interval from taking Ulcamed. Ulcamed may reduce the effect of the antibiotic.
