I am prescribed propranolol wzf 10 mg 4 times a day (2 am, 2 pm) due to too high heart rate. They were prescribed after ECG examinations (September). Tomorrow I have an ECG examination specifically before visiting a cardiologist so that he knows the current results. Should I take 2 tablets of propranolol before the ECG tomorrow

Yes, please take your medication as you always do. If you have not received information from your doctor, do not stop taking the medicine before the ECG examination.
