Will setaloft, although it initially causes insomnia, later improve falling asleep? Mainly I was prescribed insomnia and so far it is getting worse, I use 2 weeks

The question is, what is the reason for insomnia - is it a symptom of depression and treatment with Setaloftem is to improve mood in general, including sleep problems? In the initial period of use, there may be a transient feeling of agitation (also manifested by internal anxiety). The full effect of the drug should be felt after at least 2-3 weeks (sometimes a little longer). Setaloft is used to treat depressive disorders (or prevent the recurrence of these disorders), anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, social phobia or post-traumatic stress disorder.
