What if I take Triplixam and feel weak?

I have been taking triplixam 10/2.5/10 mg for a week, I feel bad, i.e. I am constantly weakened and sometimes I feel palpitations and I have noise in my head. The pressure has leveled, but I am worried about this constant weakness. I'm 67 years old and I went through covid two months ago, and I think I'm just as weak as I was in this covid. What to do?

Feeling weak, dizzy, palpitations may be associated with the start of therapy with Triplixam - you should consult a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I attach information about this preparation - prescription drugs can be booked on WherePoLek and picked up stationary with a valid prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87301/triplixam-10-mg-2-5-mg-10-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
