You can eat cabbage rolls while using the Ginoring disc. Cabbage or other foods do not affect the effectiveness of the disc. The effectiveness of the disc may be affected by some drugs, which can be read here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
