Can I change the time of antibiotic administration to my child if the doses fall out during sleep?

Good morning , the daughter (14 months) was given an amotaxi antibiotic at the night visit and we were told to take it right away. Will she get at 1 am and should take at 1 and 13 these are the hours of sleep and it will be hard with the administration can I move to 20 and 8? How? Gradually, or the second dose move to 8?

To facilitate the dosage method, you can immediately give your child another dose of antibiotic at 8 am, another dose at 20, etc. It is important that after determining the right time - in this case 8 and 20 - the drug is already administered at intervals of 12 hours. I enclose links to websites where you will compare the prices of probiotics for children in online pharmacies and order your probiotic with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/107702/dicoflor-baby-krople/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90301/vivomixx-krople-krople/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96197/multilac-baby-synbiotyk-krople/apteki More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/probiotyki-dla-dzieci
