Hello, I have symptoms for the period, i.e. lower abdominal pain, sore breasts, back pain, but my period is already 6 days late, pregnancy tests negative, beta hcg blood test was 2.3 - which would mean that I am also not pregnant. Today I had spotting. But can it be a pregnancy or am I telling myself?
