What to do if after 3 weeks of using Seroxat anxiety has returned?
Hi I have a question related to paroxetine I take Seroxat 3 months at a dose of 40 mg for medications. The beginnings were difficult but everything normalized now I feel worse because the drugs have returned, although not to the same extent as before. What should I do. Can such conditions happen when taking medication? As I wrote for a long time everything was fine. The worst is in the morning in the afternoon everything normalizes.

If after 3 months the fears have returned, you should consult a psychiatrist. As with all antidepressants, the dosage should be reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted within 3 to 4 weeks of starting treatment, then reassessed based on the results of treatment. In some patients whose response to the current dose is insufficient, the dose may be gradually increased by 10 mg depending on the patient's response.
