Can I use Orungal and Pimafucin during treatment with Seronil and Pernazinum?

Good morning. I am taking the antidepressant Seronil 20 mg 1 tablet in the morning and Pernazinum 25 mg 1.5 tablets in the evening. I went to the gynecologist and found an intimate infection. Pimafucin globules and oral antifungal drug Orungal 100 mg were prescribed. Can I use these drugs together?

There are no contraindications to the use of Orungal and Pimafucin during treatment with Seronil and Pernazinum preparations. The active ingredient in Orungal may slightly increase the levels of sertraline (the active ingredient in Seronil) in the blood and thus increase its side effects. With short-term use of Orungal, it is unlikely that you will need to adjust your dose of Seronil. If you have any doubts, ask your doctor.
