I have been taking Forxiga for three days and my skin all over my body is very itchy. I don't see a rash. There is only itching. I do not know if this could be a side effect of this drug. Do you continue to take these pills or stop?

In the studies, Forxiga has not been observed to cause itching in the body. Genital itching uncommonly developed during treatment and rash accompanied by itching was common (up to 1 in 10 patients). However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate the start of Treatment with Forxiga with the appearance of itching, then I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Until then, it is not necessary to discontinue the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg loost-side-effect-0
I was taking the drug forxiga and I had back pain like I would have this feeling of flu and I felt very unwell and the doctor told me not to take this medicine. I believe that this drug is such a faience. I think someone should answer for this faience.
