For @Kasia: Painkillers such as Efferalgan and Nimesil can be used together with metoclopramide. Buscopan, on the other hand, contains hyoscine butylbromide and is not an analgesic, but a diastolic. Concomitant use with metoclopramide may reduce the effectiveness of both drugs on the gastrointestinal tract.
I meant such painkillers as: Efferalgan 500 mg whing tablets, Buscopan, Nimesil? Is it possible to take these drugs during Metoclopramide therapy?

There are no known interactions between over-the-counter painkillers and metoclopramide. It should be remembered that metoclopramide can increase the absorption of analgesics, and thus their effect. You have not given what kind of pain you want to treat, and it mainly depends on the selection of the right preparation.
