From September 19 I take half of sirdalud 2mg with 4mg per night. I take for pain in the muscles of the chest, shoulder blade, left hand. I have a lot of wind and the doctor said that my muscles are very tight. I did not get information on how long I should take and whether I can stop taking this drug on my own. Can I stop taking it?

Sirdalud is a purely symptomatic medicine, so you should stop taking sirdalud as soon as your symptoms disappear. You can stop taking the medicine yourself. In some patients, discontinuation of the drug may be associated with fluctuations in blood pressure. If such symptoms appear in you and are extremely annoying, you can try to discontinue the drug gradually, e.g. by using a dose lower by half for several days. In the case of a dose of 2 mg, however, this effect is likely to go unnoticed.
